Payments for custom AI development are non-refundable once work has commenced.
SaaS Subscriptions
SaaS subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No partial refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods unless explicitly stated in your plan.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests should be submitted by emailing support@nexusaihub.co.in. Refunds are processed after review and may be subject to verification.
